We accept special orders from all of our customers. Simply let us know which item you would like us to order and drop off a 25% deposit. Balance is due upon pick-up of the item. Please note that we will make every attempt to contact you when your item arrives. If we cannot reach you or if you fail to pick-up your item within a reasonable time frame (one month unless otherwise arranged), your item will be put out for sale and your deposit forfeited. If for any reason the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund of your deposit. We also ask that you send us any Previews orders before the end of the current month. Most Previews items are solicited at least two months in advance, so be prepared to wait for your items. Late orders may be subject to a processing fee or items might not be available. Please contact the store for details.
